高硬度耐摩擦ABS油墨 

1.適用範(fàn)圍: 加硬PC、加硬PMMA、噴PU表面、噴UV漆表面、金屬、玻璃、電鍍、電泳、氧化鋁、電解板、鋁塑板、烤漆、噴塑、噴粉、氨基烘漆面、丙烯酸漆面、PA塑料尼龍、電木、玻纖、玻璃鋼、樹(shù)脂、密胺、三聚氰胺；
2.稀釋劑: S-003專用稀釋劑；
3.用量:用300目網(wǎng)版每公斤約可印30平方米；
4.固化劑:要加10%固化劑,TA-9或TAB-007兩種固化劑；
5.幹燥方法:自然揮發(fā)幹燥的, 墨層表幹時(shí)間5-10分鐘：實(shí)幹時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以內(nèi)。
註意事項(xiàng)
  1、試印確認(rèn)符合要求後再批量生產(chǎn)。
 2、做好被印物的表面清除油脂及雜質(zhì)工作，以促進(jìn)附著效果。
 3、需要套色時(shí)，應(yīng)在前顏色表幹或硬幹後再進(jìn)行套色工作。
 4、附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐油性、耐去漬油性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測(cè)，需要墨層
      完全固化後方可檢測(cè)。
 5、未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。
 6、添加固化劑後的使用時(shí)限：加入固化劑後的油墨使用時(shí)間為4-6小時(shí)，環(huán)境溫度越高使用時(shí)間越短，剩余油墨不可回收。
 7、油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲(chǔ)存時(shí)嚴(yán)禁煙火。
